For Singapore Orders

What is the return or exchange policy?
If an item’s packaging is opened or compromised, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

EXCHANGES:

  1. Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery for online orders or within 7 days of purchase for in-store transactions.
  2. Exchange/Replacement Process: To request an exchange, please fill out the Exchange/Replacement Request Form available here or contact our customer service team for assistance.
  3. Conditions for Exchanges/Replacement:
    • Items must be in their original packaging.
    • The return must be initiated within the timeframe mentioned above.
    • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
  4. Keeping Defective Products: Kindly retain the defective product/s as we may require them for further investgation.

ADDITIOAL DETAILS:

  1. Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  2. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is a result of a mistake made by our company.
  3. Price Variances: For exchanges involving price differences, customers may be required to pay the additional amount or will receive a refund for the price variance.

CONDITIONS FOR AN EXCHANGE/REPLACEMENT:

  1. Product has a manufacturing defect;
    • Spillage/Leakage
    • Defective Cap/Pump
    • Broken Seals
    • Product Half Filled
    • Damaged Packaging (excluding box)
  2. Product has defective formulation;
    • Discoloration
    • Unpleasant scent
    • Texture inconsistency
    • Particles found in the product
  3. Wrong Item Delivered;
    • Item that was packed in parcels for online purchases or packed into bags for in-store purchases.

What do I do if I have an allergic reaction?
We recommend carefully reviewing the ingredients list before making a purchase. Prior to using the product, it is highly advised to perform a skin patch test. If you encounter any adverse reactions, such as a rash or irritation, discontinue use immediately. Should your symptoms persist or worsen, seek medical attention.

For International Orders

Can I return any bought items?
We understand that you may reconsider your purchase upon receiving the items. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accept returns for international orders, including damaged or incorrectly shipped products.

Will you do a replacement?
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please fill out the Exchange & Replacement Form (click here) within 7 days of delivery from when the order is delivered. Our customer service team will provide assistance within 3 working days. Please ensure that your request complies with the conditions listed below to avoid potential rejection.

Please keep the defective products as we may require them for further investigation. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return/replacement is due to an error on our part.
